each student's individual goals, and we will do our best to support your culinary path.
Beginner
Course
In this course, students learn the fundamental techniques and knowledge of cooking. Students will learn how to hold and cut with a knife, basic cooking procedures, how to select ingredients, and other skills that form the foundations of cooking. Basic Japanese flavors and recipes for home cooking will also be introduced.

Intermediate
Course
In the Intermediate Course, students will deepen their grasp of fundamental techniques learned in the Beginner Course and learn more specialized cooking techniques. Advanced
Course
In the Advanced Course, students will hone their skills and knowledge as professional artisans. Sushi
Chef Course
We offer a top-notch curriculum for those who aspire to become first-class chefs. Here, you will learn advanced cooking techniques that combine deep tradition with the latest techniques. The course aims to help students acquire top-level skills, including highly artistic culinary techniques.

Payment | When you register for the first time, you will be required to pay the tuition for two classes in advance. After the second class, you may pay for each separately. Certificate of Completion
Students who have completed the Beginner Course, Intermediate Course, Advanced Course, and Sushi Chef Course will receive a Certificate of Completion for each course.
Sushi Chef Course graduates will receive a commemorative plaque with the name of the school and the student's name on it, along with their diploma, to take home as proof of their hard work and accomplishments.
Other Courses
Sushi Experience Course
Senior citizens, homemakers, young people, and anyone else with an interest in sushi.
We offer a special program for senior citizens to enjoy and interact with sushi. Under the guidance of experienced sushi chefs, participants will learn the basics of sushi while finally enjoying delicious sushi made with their own hands. This course is also a great way to learn about fish and the history of sushi, and is recommended for those looking for a new hobby.

Apply
You can make an appointment to come to the school by filling out the contact form or calling us. Please come to the school at the time of your reservation and complete the application procedures at that time.
Payment of tuition fee
The school uses a ticketing system for payment of class fees, which means that you pay for each class in advance. We also accept lump payments for full courses.

Enrollment
Once payment is completed, you will be able to enroll in the course. You can then start instruction immediately from that day. We look forward to welcoming you to your new place of learning.
